The Blue Creek Ranch Open Space protects 21 acres of riparian habitat along the banks of the Roaring Fork River. As part of its land conservation efforts, the Roaring Fork Conservancy accepted the donation of a two acre parcel and a 19 acre conservation easement from Blue Creek Land Holdings, LLC in 2001. The Blue Creek Ranch Homeowner’s Association and the Roaring Fork Conservancy work together to conserve and enhance the riparian habitat while providing limited public access.”
