Trainor gate to the Shadow Mountain Trail
Shadow Mountain Trail is a difficult trail you can hike. This route is rough and dangerous. Use extreme caution. While you can climb up the face of Shadow Mountain, the trail following Trainor (Traynor Ridge on an Aspen Mountain map) is 0.8 miles to the rock overlook where a flag usually flies.
